Bluefield, WV- Bluefield State University men's basketball is set to participate in the first ever HBCU Gameday Classic men's basketball tournament.
This two day tournament at Lincoln University (PA) consists of Bluefield State, Cheyney University, Lincoln University and University of District of Columbia.
The Big Blue will compete against Cheyney in the opening game of the classic on Saturday, November 26th at 2 p.m. and University of District of Columbia on Sunday, November 27th at 2 p.m.
"We're excited to be a part of this tournament, especially the first" said head coach Devin Hohen. "We feel we're coming together as a team day by day, and we're looking forward to doing whatever it takes to win this weekend."
