"I am so proud of our guys and our staff. To win 12/13 games to finish the year is incredible," said head coach Drew Bailey. "It's a testament to the type of staff and players that we have in our program. We preach that we never let our results dictate our work ethic and our preparation and we stayed true to that and continued to work even when things weren't going our way. Setting the wins record and having the first winning season in a full year is a big accomplishment but seeing these guys grow as men is even bigger to me. Hopefully, we will get a shot to head to the HBCU World Series and redeem ourselves."
