Bluefield, WV – Bluefield State University Soccer dropped a home matchup against King University, 3-1.
After both teams went scoreless in the first half, King got on the board first after a goal in the 60th minute. The Big Blue answered two minutes later as Birta Ósk Sigurjónsdóttir found the back of the net to even the score.
King would go on to score in the 79th minute to regain the lead. King sealed the game with a late goal in the 88th minute, securing the 3-1 win over the Big Blue.
Goalkeeper Rylee Truslow secured seven saves on the day.
