Winston-Salem, NC - Bluefield State University men's basketball used a strong second half to push past Winston-Salem State, 84-75. The Big Blue improve to 4-10 and 3-1 in conference play.
The Big Blue trailed by one (25-24) going into the half, but the Big Blue found their offensive spark for a 60-point second half to secure the victory over the Rams. The Big Blue connect on 12 threes and shot 20-for-25 at the line.
Anthony Davenport led the Big Blue with 20 points with Warren Mouganda adding 19. Ellija Preddy contributed 18 points and five assists while Myles Pierre chipped in 15 points. Anthony Latty anchored the boards for the Big Blue with nine rebounds on the night.
