Bluefield, WV – Bluefield State University men's basketball will take on Central State in the Black College Invitational Championship (BCIC) on Friday, March 27th at 6 p.m.
The Big Blue enter the tournament with a record of 16-15, led by Senior Myles Pierre, averaging 18.4 ppg. Pierre is shooting 39% from the three and 84% from the line while adding 94 rebounds, 49 assists, and 33 steals. Anthony Latty anchors the Big Blue defense, averaging 8 rebounds per game and 38 blocks on the season.
The Marauders enter with a record of 12-17. Ramar Pryor leads Central State with 16.7 ppg followed Micah Bays with 15.9 ppg. Javantae Randle controls the paint with 7.7 rebounds per game and 40 blocks on the year.
