Salem, Va.- The Bluefield State Cross Country Team ran in the Roanoke College Inviatational in Salem, VA Saturday morning.

Men's Results

During the Men's 8K the Big Blues finished 6th. Sophomore Nathaniel Evans finished 18th with a time of 32:36.60. Freshman Michael Hayworth III finished 31st with a time of 34:25.10. Another Freshman, Justin Grimmette, had a time of 34:38.90 finishing 32nd.

Junior Jarod Brown finished 44th with a time of 36:35.00. Freshman Benjamin Helmandollar finished 51st with a time of 38:03.00. Junior Brandon Cochran finished it up for the Big Blues with a time of 52.01.20.

The Cross Country Teams will participate against Bluefield College (Women Only) on Monday, Sept. 21st. Following that up with the University of Charleston Invitational on Saturday, Sept. 26th in Charleston, WVa.
