Big Blue Goes 3-0 at CIAA Round-Up

Winston - Salem, NC - Bluefield State University volleyball went 3-0 at the CIAA Round Up hosted by Winston - Salem State University. 

Game 1: vs. Johnson C. Smith

The Big Blue dominated the Golden Bulls, winning in straight sets: 25-7, 25-19, 25-19. Janice Lynch led the charge with 14 kills, eight digs, two assists, and two aces. Imani Stokes made a strong defensive impact with three blocks, while Gabby Hale contributed 26 assists.

Game 2: vs. Winston-Salem State

After dropping the first two sets, Bluefield State rallied back to defeat the host Rams in five sets (20-25, 17-25, 25-22, 25-22, 15-7). Hale recorded 33 assists, 12 digs, and two aces. Lynch added 18 kills, and Sydney Hoosier anchored the defense with 20 digs.

Game 3: vs. Claflin

Bluefield State closed out their weekend with a three-set victory over Claflin University (25-21, 25-10, 25-23). Hale stood out once again with 24 assists, five blocks, and two aces. Hoosier tallied 15 digs, and Lynch contributed 10 kills and five aces.
