Bluefield, WV – Bluefield State University baseball fell to WVU Tech Tuesday at Bowen Field, 25-5.
The Big Blue were led by Kevin Rodriguez, who went 2-for-3 with an RBI, scoring two runs and stole a base. Anderson Moreno came away with two hits and one walk. The Big Blue had their best offensive inning in the sixth after they posted three runs, with Rodriguez and Bryce Hunt each collecting RBIs.
Jonah Brower took the loss on the mound for the Big Blue, giving up eight hits, one walk and struck out one.
The Big Blue will travel to Carolina University March 7th with first pitch set for 3 p.m.
