Pipestem, WV – Bluefield State University women's golf made program history at the Pipestem Invitational with their first-ever tournament victory.
The Big Blue were led by Lorelei Oomens with a second-place finish with a total of 161. 79 in round one and 82 in round two. Candela Lopez Prino and Holly Eliott finished the day in 6th and 7th with totals of 167 (87 and 80) and 168 (88 and 80). Nadia Seymore rounded out the scoring for the Big Blue with a total score of 208 (94 and 114).
The Big Blue combined for a team score of 704 with a first-round score of 348 and a second-round score of 356.
