Bluefield, WV – Bluefield State's Raajitha Koganti has been named CIAA Women's Tennis Player of the Week for Week Seven.

Koganti, a native of Visakhapatnam, India, went undefeated in a doubleheader against Bowie State on Saturday. She picked up back-to-back wins at No. 1 doubles and added two more victories in singles play.

In the opening match, Koganti took the 6-0, 6-0 sweep at No. 3 singles. She followed that up in the second match of the day by stepping up to the No. 2 singles slot and earning a hard-fought 6-1, 6-4 win.
