Tryon, NC – Darius Brown has been named Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) Field Athlete of the Year.

Darius has put on an impressive senior campaign, hitting the Division II provisional qualifying mark in triple jump in the first meet of the indoor season. Brown leads the conference with a mark of 14.55m.
