Bluefield, WV – Adrianna Torroba earned CIAA Tennis Player of the Week for her dominant four-match week performance at No. 1 doubles and No. 3 singles.

Torroba opened her undefeated week with a 6-2 doubles victory and a 6-2, 6-2 singles win against Elizabeth City State. In a nonconference matchup against Pikeville, Torroba won with straight set victories in both singles and doubles, 6-0 in doubles and 6-0, 6-0 in singles. Against Virginia Union in a double header contest, Torroba took back-to-back wins at 6-0 in doubles and 6-0, 6-0 in singles.
