Petersburg, VA – Bluefield State University soccer dropped a tight 1-0 decision on the road at Virginia State University.
After the first half ended in a 0-0 stalemate, Virginia State broke the tie in the 63
rd minute to take the 1-0 lead to secure the victory.
The Big Blue were led by
Anna Zsirka-Klein with one shot on goal. Goalkeeper
Natasha Jaramillo collected six saves. The Trojans held the shot advantage 15-2 and generated 12 corner kicks.
