Alaina Blankenship/Marta Briales advanced to the next round with a bye and will face Matea Roki/Ancia Fill. Sister duo Laura Hernandez/Maria Hernandez lost 5-8 to Kimberly Bowen/Navilla Paul.
In Women's Singles 'B': Wendy Rudhu def. Rachida Kateb (Savannah State) 6-3, 6-3. Rudhu lost in the next round to Shantal Blackwood 0-6, 1-6.
