Bluefield, WV- The Big Blues complete the sweep of Shaw on Senior Day winning 9-0. Seniors Jacob Carey and Aziz Yuldashev finished the regular in dominating fashion winning their doubles match and each winning their singles match in 2 sets. Carey will look to lead is team moving forward as he finished undefeated in Regional Competition.

It was a dominating performance for the Big Blues all around as not only did the 2 seniors win their singles matches but everyone else did not slip up in their performances as they all finished their individuals matches in 2 sets. Overall it was a very impressive performance by the Big Blues as they now set their sights on hosting regionals as the number one team in the Atlantic Region. Since Bluefield State is not in a conference, the team will have next week off before finding out who they play during regionals.
