Bluefield, WV – Darius Brown earns CIAA field athlete of the week for week five.

Darius Brown, a Sophomore from Lynchburg, Virginia, was named CIAA field athlete of the week after an impressive performance at the VMI Invitational. Brown secured a new school record of 14.24m in the Triple Jump. This earned Brown 4^th place overall.

"Darius continues to demonstrate why he is one of the best jumpers in CIAA and does it in such a consistent fashion," said head coach Wesley Arthur.
