Bluefield, WV – Anthony Latty has been named CIAA Defensive Player of the Week after anchoring the Big Blue on the glass throughout a three-game stretch. Latty finished the week with 27 rebounds, currently averaging 7.5 per game.

Latty opened the week against Shippensburg with six points, four rebounds, and one steal, followed by a four-point, seven-rebound night at Concord.

Latty's best outing came at Glenville State, where Latty dominated the glass with a 16-rebound performance. He added three assists and two points on the night.
