Petersburg, VA – Bluefield State University women's tennis fell to Shaw University 4-2 in the CIAA Championship.

Shaw took the doubles point to take the early lead over the Big Blue. Adriana Torroba and Raajitha Koganti recorded points for the Big Blue at Singles No. 3 and No. 5. Torroba secured the 7-5, 6-2 win while Koganti took the 6-3, 6-2 victory.

The Bears secured Singles No. 1, No. 2, No. 4, and No. 6 to take the 4-2 win over the Big Blue.
