JaQuan Ebron begins his first season at Bluefield State University as the Wide Receivers Coach and Quality Control. He joins the Big Blue staff after spending the previous two years at his alma mater, Bluefield University, where he coached wide receivers and defensive backs.Â
During his playing career at Bluefield University, Ebron was a three-time All-American wide receiver, four-time All-Conference selection, two-time AAC Offensive Player of the Year, and two-time NAIA Wide Receiver of the Year. He is the program’s all-time leader in receptions, receiving yards, and receiving touchdowns. Ebron also set single-season school records with 80 receptions, 1,406 receiving yards, and 16 touchdowns.
A native of Charlotte, North Carolina, Ebron earned his Bachelor's in psychology and his Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health from Bluefield University.
