Jerry Taylor, with 13 years of coaching experience, joins the Big Blue as Assistant Head Coach, Offensive Coordinator, and Quarterbacks Coach. Taylor comes from Columbia University, where he served as the Wide Receivers Coach and pass game coordinator.
Taylor began his coaching career at the University of Richmond with stints at Saint Francis University, Dartmouth College, and William & Mary. Taylor also spent a season with the Buffalo Bills under head coach Rex Ryan as the Wide Receivers Intern.
Taylor has served as a Quarterback Instructor for the Manning Passing Academy, the Nike Football Elite 11 Regional Combine at Ohio State University, the Nike Football Combine at Virginia Tech, and the Nike Football Combine at the University of Virginia. Taylor is no stranger to the CIAA, graduating from Bowie State University and coaching at Virginia State University.
