Petersburg, VA – Malik Tidwell and Aerihna Afoa were announced as 1st team All-American by the USCAA on Sunday. Four Big Blue were placed on the All-Academic Team: Tidwell, Katrina Davis, Rori Cox and Azariah Binford.
Jordan Hinds and Binford were named 2nd team All-American with Kaine McColley and Dani Janutolo receiving honorable mention.
McColley also competed and won the USCAA men's Division I 3-point competition in the Skills Competition on Sunday at the Virginia State University Multi-Purpose Center.
The men will begin tournament play in the opening round against Paul Quinn College tomorrow, March 13th at 2 p.m. with the women competing against Carlow University at 6 p.m.
