Bluefield, VA – Bluefield State University golf dominated the leaderboard at Fincastle Country Club, as the Big Blue "A" team captured the official team title at +39 (879), while the "B" team posted the lowest mark of the contest of +38 (878).
Leading the way for the Big Blue was Joseph Emery from the B-team, who clinched the individual victory. Emery posted a three-round total of +6 (216), highlighted by an open-round 75 and a final-round 69. Alexander Hambleton followed in third place overall at +8 (218).
Freddie Timmis and Benjamin Lyons paced the A-team, finishing tied for 4th at +9 (219). Eman Lim secured a top-10 finish with a +12 (222) to finish tied for 8th, while Magnus Nielsen-Kibsgaard rounded out the A-team scoring at +18 (228) to finish 17th. Michael Wilson completed the squad's performance with a +13 (223), finishing tied for 10th.
For the B-team, Tom Blumire joined Emery in the top 10, finishing tied for 8th at +12 (222). William Hixon finished tied for 12th at +15 (225), while Kai Raymond rounded out the top performers with a +16 (226) to finish tied for 14th.
